Vigilance submits chargesheet in seven corruption cases

Patna, Jul 21 (UNI) The State Vigilance Investigation Bureau today submitted chrgesheet against 19 people in seven separate cases of corruption.

The chargesheet was submitted by the Bureau under various Sections of IPC and Prevention of Corruption Act.

Four chrgesheets were submitted in the court of special judge S K Panwar, while three were submitted in the court of designated judge S P N Singh.

Commercial Tax officer of Teghra Nagendra Singh was chragesheeted in two cases, while retired Animal Husbandry officer Rajeshwar Prasad Yadav, former Land Acquisition officer of Munger Kailashpati Mishra and Circle officer of Purnia Kanhai Lal Chaudhry were among the other chrgesheeted public servants.
