Tricom employees call off strike

Nashik, July 21 (UNI) Workers of Tricom India United, a leading BPO firm here, who were on a strike since Thursday last, have called off their agitation following successful negotiations with the management over their demands.

The workers resumed duty in full strength from today after the management accepted their demands, the major demand beinbg a hike in salary.

Yesterday, in a meeting between the employees and the management, the latter accepted the demands for a salary hike, extra pay for overtime work, provision of documentary proof of provident fund deposits, and others.
