Lightning claims 3 in AP

Machilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh, July 21 (UNI) Three persons were killed and another suffered burns as lightning struck them at Movva Mandal of Krishna District this evening.

Police said all the victims were engaged in farming when they were struck by lightning.

The deceased were identified as G Veeraiah (55) of Pedamuktevi and P Gopi (15) of Pedasanagallu. The other victim was yet to be identified.
