Four arrested for making obscene photograph

Sagar, MP, July 21 (UNI) Four people have been arrested on the charge of making an obscene photograph of a woman councillor in this district, police said today.

On the basis of a complaint by the Khurai municipal councillor, Syed Ashfaq, Mihilal, Munnulal and Vinod were arrested.

The woman councillor had complained that the foursome prepared obscene photographs with the help of computer and were threatening to publicise it.
