Photo competition on Aug 19

Hyderabad, July 20 (UNI) The Andhra Pradesh Government would organise a state-level photography competition on various themes on August 19 in connection with the 'World Photography day'.

According to a press release here, the competitions would be held in three salons on seven themes.

The themes coming in the first salon were Jalayagnam, lakes and birds.

Rural professionals, back to schools, changing women's role in rural areas come under second salon while the third salon comprises 'yuvashakthi' and best news pictures of the state.

The prize money for the first best entry was Rs 5,000 while the second best entry would receive Rs 2,000.
