One-day TNMDA state meet on July 26

Chennai, July 20 (UNI) Tamil Nadu Motor Drivers Association (TNMDA) would organise a one-day state conference here on July 26, to press their demands, including an exclusive Welfare Board for them.

TNMDA State President A V B Thiruvelmurugan and Organiser Arni C Gunasekaran told newspersons today that about 75,000 drivers from different parts of the state and others were expected to attend the conference.

Transport Minister K N Nehru was also expected to participate in the meet.
