Hindustan Lever board to mull share buy back
New Delhi, July 20 (UNI) Country's top consumer goods maker Hindustan Unilever Ltd today said its board would consider approving a share buy back at a meeting on July 29.
Hindustan Unilever, 52 per cent owned by Unilever Plc is due to report its second quarter results the same day, it said in a communique to the BSE.
FMCG major Hindustan Lever last month changed its name to 'Hindustan Unilever Ltd' after receiving government's approval.
