Hanung Toys board to meet on July 30 to raise $50 mln

New Delhi, July 20 (UNI) Indian toy company, Hanung Toys&Textiles Ltd today said it will raise 50 million dollars through the issue of shares or bonds in the domestic or overseas markets.

Its board will meet on July 30 to consider upon the issue, company said in a communique to the BSE.

The company would also consider possible acquisition opportunities, it added.
