Akshaye, Anil on 'Koffee with Karan' on July 22

Mumbai, July 20 (UNI) Akshaye Khanna and actor-turned-producer Anil Kapoor will be seen on ''Koffee with Karan'' this Sunday on Star One and Star World.

''Two actors being really close friends doesn't happen in the industry,'' remarks host Karan in the show, according to a press release here.

Having acted in films like ''Taal'' and more recently ''Salaam-e-Ishq'', the duo is back with ''Gandhi -- My Father''.

Anil tells Karan that he is not at all tensed about his daughter Sonam, who is all set to make her debut with ''Sawariyan'' opposite Rishi Kapoor's son Ranbir, as he feels she is Sanjay Leela Bhansali's responsibility.

Akshaye says that the film industry is the place to be in. He further says he was completely moved when he read the script of ''Gandhi -- My Father'' and when he saw the film with his family, he become extremely emotional.
