Prism Cement to take 74 pc stake in insurance JV

New Delhi, July 19 (UNI) Prism Cement Ltd today said it will invest Rs 74 crore to take 74 per cent stake in a joint venture (JV) with Australia's QBE International (Investments) Pty Ltd.

The new JV company would, subject to all regulatory approvals, be engaged in general insurance business in the country, the company said in a statement.
