Time Technoplast to buy Rs 5.36 cr assets

New Delhi, July 18: Time Technoplast Ltd today said it is mulling to buy the land and building, plant and machinery and other fixed assets worth Rs 5.36 crore from two enterprises at Daman.

The process is planned to be completed during this month, a press release said.

The enterprises is engaged in the manufacture of industrial plastic drums, containers of capacity ranging from 20 to 200 litres.

The company expects that the enhancement in the production capacities at Daman will enable it meet the increasing spurt in demand in the industrial packaging segment in the Western Region.

It already has production facilities at six locations countrywide including two sites in the West, Daman and Mahad (Maharashtra).

Time Technoplast Ltd offers a range of technology based polymer products catering to the growing sectors of the Indian economy with industrial and consumer packaging solutions, lifestyle products, auto components, healthcare products and construction / infrastructure related products.
