Nikkei slips as Kyocera, high-tech stocks fall
TOKYO, July 18 (Reuters) Japan's Nikkei average slipped 0.45 percent on Wednesday with high-tech shares such as Tokyo Electron Ltd. falling after lacklustre results from Intel Corp., the largest maker of computer processors.
The benchmark Nikkei average was down 81.21 points at 18,136.06.
The broader TOPIX index fell 0.35 percent to 1,771.91.
