CCB arrests Industrialist on fraudulent case

Chennai, Jul 18 (UNI) The Central Crime Branch(CCB) police has arrested a Salem-based Industrialist for allegedly cheating a private bank in the city by obtaining a loan of Rs one crore with fake documents.

Police said, based on a complaint from the bank official, a CCB police team went to Salem and arrested Mr Sasikumar.

Later, he was remanded to judicial custody, police added.
