AAAOE ties up with Singapore Tourism Board
Chennai, July 18 (UNI) The Association of Accredited Advisors on Overseas Education (AAAOE) has tied up with Singapore Tourism Board to conduct 'Admission Fair', in union with Singapore Education, every year in Chennai and in other parts of Tamil Nadu.
The objective was to increase the student's traffic to Singapore, according to AAAOE release here today.
The recent fair had seen an overwhelming response from students interested in pursuing Engineering, IT and Management courses offered at Singapore, which persuaded AAAOE to tie up with Singapore Tourism Board.
AAAOE President Paul Chellakumar said, ''most members of the association are qualified Singapore education specialists and have been trained in Singapore and India by Singapore Education authorities.'' Singapore Tourism Board Area Director - Southern India, Sri Lanka and Maldives - Kiran Bhandari said, ''the Admission Fair will provide a platform for students to study abroad and various courses offered in Singapore.'' Singapore offers world class education, which is less expensive in comparison with other foreign nations and also, it is so close to home, he said, adding ''studying in Singapore also provides an excellent launch pad for an international career, as there are more than 7,000 MNCs in Singapore which provide abundant networking and employment opportunities.''
