Three killed in truck-sumo collision

Mandya, Karnataka, July 17 (UNI) Three people were killed and ten injured when a vehicle in which they were travelling collided with a sand-laden truck near Borapura gate in Maddur taluk, near here today.

Police said two people were killed on the spot, while another was declared brought dead by the hospital.

Of the injured, six were taken to the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences in Bangalore while four were admitted to the Mandya Government Hospital.
