JMM to call PM on Delimitation issue
Ranchi, Jul 16 (UNI) The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, a major ally of Madhu Koda-led UPA government, will call on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on July 26 apprising him of the party's concern over the Delimitation Commission's recommendations.
Party senior leader and MP Hemlal Murmu told reporters here today that they would hold a demonstration before commencement of the monsoon session of Parliament to register their protest over the Commision's recommendation to reduce the SC/ST Assembly and Parliamentary seats in the state.
The JMM also expressed unhappiness over the performance of the present state government, however, defending their three ministers in the Koda Cabinet.
