New Delhi, July 16 (UNI) The Delhi High Court (HC) today refused to pass any orders relating to the removal of Delhi's famous amusement park 'Appu Ghar' to pave the way for the lawyers chambers, saying the matter should be addressed by the Estate manager and not the court.

A Bench comprising Chief Justice M K Sharma and Justice Sanjiv Khanna asked the lawyers body, 'Supreme Court Bar Association' (SCBA) to approach the Estate officer for a speedy hearing as this is the matter of the estate and not of the court.

SCBA had filed a petition in the Delhi HC to direct International Amusement Ltd to remove 'Appu Ghar' from its current location as the land was required for building the lawyers chambers and SBCA's library and parking.

SCBA wants the court to direct the Government to allot them an alternate piece of land to pave the way for them to start construction of the chambers.

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation also needs a chunk of land nearby to constuct the railway staion. Similarly, India Trade Promotion Organisation is at loggerheads as they do not want to part with their share of the land.

The court observed that in the interest of speedy disposal of the case, it would be better if the parties approach the land alloting agency.
