Social organisations to help to 7/11 blast victims

Mumbai, July 15: Three city-based voluntary organisations said they will provide medical aid to 25 victims of the serial train blasts that occurred on July 11 last year.

The Yuvak Pratishtan, Rotary Club and Venus Cultural Foundation will provide medical aid to 25 blast victims.

On the first anniversary of the blasts, three of the 25 victims were given hearing aids by Leader of Opposition L K Advani at a function in suburban Malad, a release said.

Dr Kirit Somaiya of Yuvak Pratishtan, in the release, has appealed to the victims with hearing problems to contact the organisation.
