Kutch Asmita Manch to felicitate 5 persons

Thane, July 15 (UNI) Five residents of the city, hailing from Kutch in Gujarat, will be felicitated for their exemplary service in diverse fields like social work, industry, sports, nari gourav and business, at Ram Ganesh Gadkari Rangayatan here tomorrow.

Talking to reporters here today, Kutch Asmita Manch founder Suresh Gada said names of the persons, to be felicitated, will be declared at the function.

Mr Gada said more than 25,000 people of various communities like Kutchi, Bagad, Patel and Bhanushali from Kutch reside in the city.

The five prominent persons will be given a Kutch Pagdi, a rare hounour, along with a citation and a memento.

On the occassion, popular cultural programme the 'Kutch Dayro' will also be presented by a local troup, he added.
