Gunaji on mission to highlight tourist spots in state
Kolhapur, July 15 (UNI) Cine film actor Milind Gunaji has embarked on a mission to highlight tourism spots in the state by making documentary films on the same.
The actor, who is director of a travel institute, has already prepared documentary films on Bhimashankar, Malshej, Naneghat and on the Koyna dam.
The ''Bhatkantee''-fame actor now proposes to prepare a documentary film on the hilly resort of Kent Club located at Sadale-Madale villages, about 20 kms from here.
In Maharashtra, many such tourism spots exist but have not come into tourists focus. Therefore, his institute has embarked on such a mission, he told reporters at the Kent Club resort. Kent Club, he said, is an ideal spot for film shooting. He pointed out that Kent Club resort developer Digvijay Khanvilkar, who is a former Maharashtra Health Minister, said that he has developed the resort with the intention of attracting tourists to Kolhapur.
