Eight Pakistani soldiers dead in suicide blast

Islamabad, July 14: A suicide bomber killed eight Pakistani paramilitary soldiers and wounded 15 today in an attack in the volatile North Waziristan region on the Afghan border, a military spokesman said.

''There was a suicide attack and eight soldiers were killed and 15 wounded,'' said military spokesman Major-General Waheed Arshad.
