MP: Dr Mahendra authorised to attest certificates

Bhopal, July 14: The Madhya Pradesh government has authorised High Education department Deputy Secretary Dr Mahendra Singh Raghuvanshi for attestation of mark sheets, certificates and other documents required abroad.

Dr Raghuvanshi will attest the certificates in the absence of Under Secretary Mrs Suryavanshi Khandate, official sources said.
