2 labourers buried alive

Moradabad, July 14 (UNI) Two labourers were buried alive under a mound of mud, when it caved-in at an upcoming housing colony here.

The colony is coming up on the Moradabad-Kanth highway.

During the construction of basement of a complex, a mound collapsed and several people got trapped under the debris.

By the time, rescue efforts started, two labourers had already succumbed. The injured were rushed to hospital with minor injuries, police said. A case has been registered.
