Rain affected given cash

Surat, July 13 (UNI) As the rain takes a leave for the time being the goverment has started providing financial help to the monsoon affected people.

The total deceased in the city is 18 out of which families of 10 have been provided the cash of Rs 4.30 lakh by the collector office and other 10,942 people who were affected by the rain have been provided with a cash of Rs 4.750 lakh.

About 5169 people have been shifted by the district corporation for whom staying facilities have been provided by them.
