Lecturer arrested for making controversial remarks

Hyderabad, July 13 (UNI) Police today arrested a lecturer for making controversial remarks against a community in the class room in the city.

Police said the lecturer was arrested after the students staged a dharna before the college demanding that she should apologise for 'hurting' the sentiments of a student community.

Police had arrested the lecturer after she tendered an apology to the students.
