Kerala HC sets aside govt order

Kochi, July 13 (UNI) Kerala High Court today set aside the state government order for cancelling the regularisation of employees in Kerala Transport Development Financial Corporation (KTDFC) by the previous government.

Justice K Balakrishnan Nair observed that the order lacked in compliance of the naturual justice.

The government, in its order on February 12, 2007, had cancelled the previous government's order regularising 106 contract workers in the KTDFC, a state-owned institution.
