Unique newpaper distributed at wedding

Khargone, MP, July 12 (UNI) It was the height of wedding pranks when a two-page newspaper brought out by the groom's friends, to mark the marriage of a Congress leader, published the news of his 'life imprisonment'! The reference to 'imprisonment' was not to a jail sentence but to the shackles of wedded life. The paper was distributed yesterday at this district's Saraswati Vidya Mandir -- the marriage venue of Zila Patra Lekhak Parishad President Manoj Barche who got a copy along with members of the wedding party and other guests.

The paper was priced 'ek muskaan' (one smile).
