BMC to deliver certificates, other documents through post

Mumbai, July 11 (UNI) The citizens of Mumbai will soon get their birth or death certificates or any licence through post, if they are ready to pay for it.

The decision was taken by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation's (BMC) Standing Committee today, wherein a person who has applied online for any certificate will get the same delivered at his place.

The decision was taken by the BMC to facilitate the citizens and is a part of the BMC's modernisation programme.
