Another day of cool, cloudy weather

New Delhi, July 10 (UNI) Delhi's tryst with pleasant weather continued for the second day today even as the rains eluded the Capital city, after brief spell yesterday afternoon.

For the second consecutive day today, Delhiites woke up to a cloudy morning which, coupled with a cool breeze, maintained a cool air in Delhi.

The maximum temperature was recorded at 34.5 Degree Celsius, a degree below normal. The minimum temperature today was recorded at 27.5 Degree C, which is the normal temperature at this time of the year.

Meanwhile, the rains continued to elude the Capital, after the brief spell of light rains yesterday afternoon.

Weathermen have, however, forecast light rains in Delhi during the next day or two.

Dring the next 24 hours, the Met office has forecast a partly cloudy sky in Delhi with the possibility of light rains in some areas.
