7 day mourning in memory of Chandra Shekhar

Chennai, July 9: The Tamil Nadu Government declared a seven-day state mourning in memory of former Prime Minister Chandra Shekhar who died this morning at New Delhi following prolonged illness. An official release said the national flag will fly half-mast during this period.
