Northgate Technologies to raise up to Rs 450 cr

New Delhi, July 9: Northgate Technologies Ltd today said its board has approved raising up to Rs 450 crore through various issuances.

The board has allowed raising the funds through domestic or international offerings, equity shares and / or equity shares through Global Depository Receipts, Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds etc.

It has also agreed to increase the authorized share capital to Rs 50 crore from Rs 23 crore.

Northgate is operating in online advertising and telecom sectors, while leveraging disruptive technologies like WIFI, SIP, Cluster Communications and Artificial Intelligence.
