Thieves steal valuables from temple

Anand, July 8 (UNI) The priest of Gayatri temple in Bhadran, 22 km from here, today filed a complaint of theft at his temple.

Vishal Giri Goswami said that some unknown persons had broken open the door of the temple yesterday night and decamped with silver ornaments, a white diamond set and the ''hundi'' totalling Rs 27,000. Bhadran police has registered a case and is investigating.
