RBI's Shimla sub-office starts functioning
Shimla, July 8 (UNI) The Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) Shimla sub-office has started functioning after Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh inaugurated it on July 1, earlier this month, official sources said.
The Bank has stated functioning with a rural planning and credit department and financial inclusion cell, the sources requesting anonymity told UNI here yesterday.
General Manger-in-charge S K Bal heads the sub-office, which is located in New Shimla, they added.
