Woman hung down a well
Harda, MP, July 7 (UNI) A woman, who was hung down a well by two unidentified people, remained in the well for two days at Temlawadi village in this district, police said today.
Narmada was on her way to Dewas village when two people, who were drunk, gave her lift on a two-wheeler on Chhipaner Road on June 26.
After covering a short distance, the accused beat up the woman and suspended her down the well from her saree.
The woman spent two days in the well sitting on an iron rod before some labourers working in a nearby farm heard her voice and informed police, who rescued her.
A case was registered against unidentified people on June 28.
Narmada was admitted to a government hospital in Harda.
