USPTO issues registration certificate to Genome Valley

Hyderabad, July 7 (UNI) United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has issued a registration certificate to Genome Valley for the certification mark (Intellectual Property Rights).

Certification marks were one form of Intellectual Property Rights, usually given for compliance with defined standards. They may be used by anyone who can certify that the products involved meet certain established standards.

According to a press release here, the symbol of Genome Valley, India's first state-of-the-art bio-tech cluster providing world-class infrastructure to over 100 biotech companies, has also been filed in India for registration and was now under the process of grant.
