Mumbai, Jul 7 (UNI) Entertainment Network (India) Limited (ENIL) has appointed Tapas Sen as the Chief Programming Officer for Radio Mirchi.

Deputy CEO, Entertainment Network Limited (radio Mirchi) Prashant Pandey said, ''Tapas is a pillar of Radio Mirchi. He is a key member of a team that has made Radio Mirchi Number One in every market that we operate in. Tapas has managed to build a team of programming professionals, which is the envy of every media business in India. While Radio Mirchi has won several Indian and global awards in its six short years, its real success is seen in its revenue numbers. He has been closely involved with the radio industry for many years. He was the Programming Head for the Delhi Station with Times FM since its inception in 1993 and has been a Radio Jockey as well.

Tapas said, ''I am extremely happy to be appointed as the Radio industry's first CPO (Chief Programming Officer). In my new role, along with the support of my entire team, I will continue to give path breaking programming for the Radio Mirchi listeners across the country.'' UNI
