UP Govt transfers 9 IAS, 22 PCS officers

Lucknow, July 6: In a major administrative reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh Government today transferred 31 senior officers, including nine IAS and 22 PCS officers.

According to official sources, State Government tonight appointed Anil Sant as Secretary to the Chief Minister who returned recently from central deputation while Principal Secretary Animal Husbandary department Sankar Agrawal have been given additional responsibility of Higher Education department.

Among officers who were awaiting their place of posting, Gangadeen have been appointed Secretary to Animal Husbandary department and Ms Anita Chatterjee have been made Special Secretary of Dr Ambedkar Gram Sabha Vikas department.
