Suraj taken out of borewell; Condition unknown

Jaipur, Jul 6: Suraj, the 6-year-old boy who fell into a borewell near Jaipur, has been finally taken out but his condition is still unknown.

Suraj was stuck in the borewell for more than two days. The army was pressed into his rescue operation, in which a labourer was also injured as the crane used in the operations slid.

The boy has now been sent to medical examination and any confirmation about his survival or death is awaited.

According to the District Collector, the survival chances of the boy are bleak.
