Dacoity attempt foiled; three arrested

Pune, July 6 (UNI) The Rural Police today foiled dacoity attempt and arrested three members of the notorious Deepak Sapke gang here today.

Acting on a tip-off, the police laid a trap near a jewellery shop and arrested all three accused on the spot, said Superintendent of Police Viswas Nagrepatil.

Police have seized a six round revolver, a country made pistol and other sharp weapons from their possession.
