Three independent members form separate group in Council
Bangalore, Jul 5 (UNI) Three independent members of the Karnataka Legislative Council have been recognised as a separate group by Chairman B K Chandrasekhar with Mr Marithibbe Gowda as its leader.
Announcing this in the house, the Chairman said that he had receivled a letter from the three members requesting him to recognise them as a separate group. Besides Mr Gowda the other two members were Mr Narayanaswamy and Mr G K Patil. The three members have been elected to the house from teachers constituencies.
