Reliance Money ties up with DTDC Ltd

Chandigarh, July 5 (UNI) Reliance Money, the financial distribution company of the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group, today announced its tie-up with DTDC Courier and Cargo Ltd to retail its financial products.

As per the agreement, DTDC Ltd, will be installing Reliance Money web-enabled retail kiosks at their own and franchisee outlets across the country.

The tie-up was announced by Reliance Money Director and CEO Sudip Bandyopadhyay and DTDC Chairman Subhashis Chakraborty here.

Mr Chakraborty said, ''This initiative will bring our customer servicing capabilities in the financial services space and will mark our entry into the value-added services. The customers at our outlets will be able to complete their financial transactions using Reliance Money kiosks.'' Mr Chakraborty further said DTDC would also facilitate Customer Acquisition process of Reliance Money and would act as a partner for both it's trading and financial distribution business.

Reliance Money Director said, ''Our tie-up with DTDC will facilitate customer acquisition process and will provide additional convenient locations to our customers for completing their financial transactions.'' ''With the installation of these Kiosks, DTDC can leverage increased walk-ins into their outlets while Reliance Money will strengthens its distribution reach, a mutually beneficial relationship between both partners,'' said Mr Bandyopadhyay.

Reliance Money has plans to deploy over 10,000 such kiosks in the country that will enable its customers to transact in Equity, Equity and Commodity Derivatives, Mutual Funds, IPOs among others.
