Chargesheet filed against two vigilance employees
Patna, July 5 (UNI) The Bihar state vigilance bureau today submitted chargesheet against two of its employees in a case related to misappropriation of fund and corruption.
The chargesheets were submitted in the court of special vigilance judge of Patna S K Panwar under the various Sections of Indian Penal Code and Prevention of Corruption Act.
The employess against whom chargesheets were submitted were Shailesh Kumar, a bill clerk, and Satyendra Sharma, a constable of electricity board cell of Cabinet Vigilance department, Patna.
The case was related to misappropriation of public exchequer of Rs 10,000 from the department in 1995.
In the final report both accused were declared as absconders.
