British Airways axes flights after suspect bag found

LONDON, July 4 (Reuters) British Airways cancelled a total of 108 flights to the United States and Europe yesterday after a suspect bag found at London's Heathrow Airport forced an evacuation.

''Some 108 flights have been cancelled out of about 450 flights worldwide,'' a spokesman said.

No BA flights for today have been affected, the spokesman said.
