Trade worth Rs 2,343 crore transacted on NCDEX

Mumbai, July 2 (UNI) As many as 561 members (2,895 users) of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) today participated in trades worth Rs 2,343 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs.

There were more than 71,184 trades put through by them.

Active trades were high in pepper, jeera, guarseeds, chana, soya oil and rape mustard seed, an NCDEX release said.

On Saturday, 529 members had participated in trading and put through more than 52,349 trades. The trade volume for the whole day till 14000 hrs was Rs 1,843 crore (one way).
