Special Cell would monitor missing children:AP CM

Hyderabad, Jul 2 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today announced a Special Cell and Task Force in every district to strictly monitor the 'missing children cases' dowry harassment, sexual torture, women trafficking and child labour, among others.

Dr Reddy said action would be taken against the culprits.

The Chief Minister said the priests would be entrusted with the responsibility to register the marriages as per norms and regulations and they would be rewarded accordingly.

The Child Marriages Prohibition Act 2006 and Domestic Violence ACT, among others would be introduced, he added.
