Raymond's Notting Hill range launched in Guj

Ahmedabad, Jul 2: Textile major Raymonds today launched its 'Notting Hill' range consisting of formal wear to relaxed casual wear in Gujarat.

The President of Raymond Apparel, Mr Shreyas Joshi said that Notting Hill is a complete ''value for money'' men's wear brand with fashion, styling and affordability.

He said that Notting Hill would be retailed across India in a phased manner and would be made available across the country with over 400 distribution outlets by September this year.

Mr Joshi said that the total market share of apparels expanded over Rs 88,000 crores in which India's mens wear market touched upto Rs 5,361 crores. He said that a retail revolution is sweeping through out the country, whether it is metros, tier II or tier III towns as the purchasing power of India's middle class is fuelling this retail boom.

Designed in-house, the Notting Hill range would comprise of suits, shirts, trousers, jeans, t-shirts and also accessories like ties, hand kerchiefs and socks. The price of a shirt will range between Rs 450 to 800, trouser Rs 699 to 900 and suits will range between Rs 3,500-5,500.

Raymond Apparel already sells readymade garments under popular brands such as Manzoni, Park Avenue, ColorPlus, Parx, Zapp and Notting Hill.

The company had previously launched Notting Hill four months back at Pune in Maharashtra, and then extended it to Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Bihar and West Bengal.
