Accentia to acquire US' GSR PBS, GSR Systems

New Delhi, July 2: Mumbai-based Accentia Technologies Ltd today said it has signed the final agreements for the acquisition of two US-based companies GSR Physicians Billing Service Inc (GSR PBS) and GSR Systems Inc.

The two acquisitions will add 2.5 million dollars to the company's revenues in 2007, a statement said.

GSR PBS, a medical billing services company operates as an S-corporation since 1996. GSR Systems has been acquired mainly to get the application server programme (ASP) platform to network all the existing and new billing and collections clients with Indian back office.
