Srinagar, June 30 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (NPP) today adopted a resolution at Sadhmahadev session, appealing all secular and democratic parties to support the Presidential candidature of Bhairon Singh Shekhawat.

The NPP accused the Congress of hobnobbing with the Shiv Sena, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and others ''whose loyalities to the country have been doubtful''.

It accused the Congress of seeking support for its Presidential candidate from the 'communists' on the one hand and from the Shiv Sena, the PDP and others on the other hand.

In another resolution the NPP said delimitation is mandatory under the constitution and there should be no governance and election without implementing it.

It also demanded reservation for Gujjars, Bakerwals and Gaddies who have already been listed in the Scheduled Tribe category.

Earlier, NPP president Prof Bhim Singh administered oath to the NPP workers to fight against corruption, communalism and criminalisation of politics in the state.

He demanded that all the ministers, legislators and bureaucrats should be directed to disclose their assets.

A press release issued here this afternoon by the NPP claimed that about ten thousand workers from different parts of the state participated in the session at Sudhmahadev, a hub of militants for 15 years.
