Unity Infraprojects' net profit up by 72 per cent

Mumbai, Jun 29 (UNI) Unity Infraprojects Limited has posted a net profit increase of 72 per cent for FY07, while total income for the year was up by 66.12 per cent.

The net profit of the company for the financial year ended March 31' 2007, was at Rs 42.31 crore against Rs 24.56 crore last year.

While, total income rose up to Rs 553.56 crore against Rs 333.17 crore last year, the company said here today in a statement.

Encouraged by the strong results, the Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of 30 per cent, that is, Rs three per share, for shareholders, statement added.
