Jodhpur intercity express extended upto Indore

Ratlam(MP), June 29 (UNI) Jodhpur- Sawai Madhopur Intercity Express will be extended upto Indore from July 1 with new halts at Kota, Nagda, Ujjain and Dewas.

Railway sources today said 2466 Jodhpur-Indore Superfast Express will depart Jodhpur at 0555 hrs, reaching SawaiMadhopur at 1315, Kota at 1455, Nagda 1910, Ujjain 2025, Dewas 2123 and Indore at 2225 hours. It will also halt at Merta Road Junction, Makrana, Jaipur and Banasthali stations.

On return journey, 2465 Superfast Express will leave Indore at 0645 hours, Dewas 0723, Ujjain 0810, Nagda 0925, Kota 1225, SawaiMadhopur 1445 and Jodhpur 2300 hours.

It will have a total of 16 coaches including one AC chair car, 3 chair cars, 10 general coaches and 2 SLR. Reservation facility will be available for AC chair car and ordinary chair car, the sources said. Ticket checkers from Ratlam division will be working in the train between Indore and Kota stations.
